Thank you for shopping with Arc-Halio. We want you to love the pieces you receive, and we take care to pack each order thoughtfully and securely.

Please review our refund policy before placing an order.
 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because Arc-Halio products may include limited-run, collectible, seasonal, or artist-designed goods, some items may not be eligible for return.

The following items are final sale:
 

Sale or clearance items; gift cards; custom or personalized items; preorder items marked final sale; damaged items caused by customer handling; and items returned without original packaging.
 

If an item is final sale, we will note that on the product page when possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Arc-Halio is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@archalio.com

 

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
 

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges when inventory allows. Items being exchanged cannot show use or damage.
 

Because some Arc-Halio products are limited-run, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for exchange.
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund when appropriate.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Arc-Halio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 

If your package is missing after being marked delivered, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, or local carrier.
You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you look into it.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been packed or shipped.
