Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within [1–3 business days] after purchase.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Arc-Halio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at [your business email]. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Arc-Halio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
 

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us at [your business email], and we will do our best to help you look into the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery at contact@archalio.com.
 

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Arc-Halio does offer international shipping.
 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Arc-Halio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Preorders

If an item is listed as a preorder, the estimated shipping window will be included in the product description.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.
